Conditions of participation “2022 will SAUBA” – Instagram competition

1. General

The organizer of the “Instagram Advent Calendar 2021” competition is SAUBA Innovations GmbH(hereinafter “SAUBA”), Auf dem Kummgraben 11, 53343 Wachtberg. The sweepstakes will take place via SAUBA ‘s Instagram page(www.instagram.com).

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant acknowledges (Note: * For better readability, the masculine spelling has generally been used for all terms. At this point, we expressly point out that the exclusive use of the masculine form is to be understood explicitly as gender-independent and that both the feminine and the masculine spelling is meant for the corresponding terms) expressly accepts these conditions of participation. 2. Eligibility and participation requirements

Natural persons aged 14 and over with a residence and address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Minors require the consent of their legal guardians to participate.

Only fans of @saubaclean on Instagram can participate. Without a person following the aforementioned Instagram pages, participation is not possible. In addition, the participant must like the competition post, comment on the post and leave this rating in any case until the end of the campaign period in accordance with point 3.

Only one participation per person is possible.

Participation is free of charge. The purchase of products or the use of services from SAUBA is not a prerequisite for participation and has no influence on the outcome of the competition itself.

3. Promotion period and closing date

The sweepstakes will take place from January 1 to January 10, 2022. During this promotional period, there will be a daily raffle to participate in. Participation begins on the respective day of the aforementioned campaign period with the publication of the “Sweepstakes Post” and ends on the respective campaign day at 11:59 pm. Registrations received after the aforementioned closing date for the respective campaign day will not be considered.

4. Exclusion of participation

Employees and family members of SAUBA and employees or their relatives of affiliated companies are excluded from participation in the competition.

In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation or the suspicion of manipulation, SAUBA reserves the right to exclude the respective participant from the competition and not to pay out prizes or to subsequently refuse and reclaim prizes.

5. Profit

The winners of the raffle will receive a combination of different SAUBA products on each campaign day (see point 3.). The latter can be taken from the announcement in the respective competition post.

6. Selection of winners, notification of winnings, forfeiture

The winners will be determined and announced on the day following the day of the draw. If the day of the draw falls on a weekend or public holiday, the winners will be determined and announced on the next working day. The winner will be drawn at random from all participants after the promotion period and the end of the sweepstakes and notified via a comment under the sweepstakes post by SAUBA. The winner must submit their mailing address to the official SAUBA Instagram page via private Instagram message within 14 days of notification. Otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited and SAUBA will raffle the prize again. The postal address is only used for sending the prize. The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged. Cash payment is not possible.

The participant is responsible for the sending and correctness of this data. Due to the frequent use of pseudonyms on Instagram, SAUBA assumes no liability for the true identity of the winners. Therefore, prizes will only be sent once to the person who contacts SAUBA as the winner after the prize announcement.

7. Privacy

All personal data of the participants will be collected, processed and used by SAUBA in accordance with the statutory provisions. SAUBA collects, processes, uses and stores the data collected in the course of participation in the prize draw for the duration of the prize draw for the purpose of conducting and processing the prize draw. After the end of the competition, the data will be deleted. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b).

8. Indemnification

The Sweepstakes is in no way affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The participant accepts the Instagram guidelines and terms of use and will not do anything contrary to them (available at https://de-de.facebook.com/help/instagram/478745558852511 ).

The contributions of the participants must not be illegal, in particular they must not contain insults or false statements of fact or violate intellectual property rights. In the event of such violations of the law, the participant shall indemnify SAUBA as the organizer of the sweepstakes against claims of third parties.

SAUBA shall be released from all obligations upon fulfillment or delivery of the prize.

9. Other

The legal process is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Participation shall not be affected thereby.

These conditions of participation may be changed by SAUBA at any time without separate notification. SAUBA reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time. This applies in particular if proper execution is not guaranteed for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram).
