If you are not satisfied with an order, you can return it to us within 14 days. The goods must be unused and ideally in their original packaging or at least adequately padded. The return should be identifiable as being from you – either by your name or the order number.

The buyer bears the costs of the return. After we have received the return, we will refund the invoice amount via the original payment method.

We would like to add that returns are very expensive for everyone involved and especially for our environment. So if you’re unsure about an item in terms of size, material, color, etc., feel free to contact us in advance by email at, by phone, or by Instagram.

Should you still not be satisfied with the goods, we ask you to let us know via customer support, so that we can constantly improve and continue to reduce the volume of parcels as much as possible.

If, contrary to expectations, an error or defect has occurred in your product, we regret this and accept complaints at the following e-mail address:

Please send us meaningful pictures of the damage with the order number and you will receive a reply from us within 48 hours.

Note: We can only process complaints for items purchased on If you have purchased your SAUBA or LOOWY_EN through another dealer, this dealer is your contractual partner and is responsible for the complaint. However, if you need help because there are problems with the claim, feel free to contact us and we will try to help you.
